What is Working Dreamers?
The project was first launched to help refugees make some income since they are not legible for employment in Jordan.
‘What started out as an idea to help refugees make some income, turned out to have so much more potential than its initial goals.’
Dina Salameh, Head of Marketing at Seven Circles
It is a bilingual competition-based online platform that empowers individuals, businesses and NGOs by giving them the opportunity to work together to find the best ideas for their projects.
Working Dreamers operates via an intelligent voting system that filters ideas and allows the project’s pre-set jury to select the winner based on the each project’s criteria. You can view the members of the jury by clicking ‘Jury Review‘ for each project.

We are growing rapidly and our community will soon break 20,000 members! On top of that, our community is diverse, with 37% from the Middle East, 48% from USA&EU and 14% from South America. Working Dreamers is a real international empowering platform.’

‘Working Dreamers is a unique platform. It can serve social projects, like empowering women or helping refugees, but it can also be a fantastic way of engaging your customers into building solutions together. I work with various clients like Microsoft, Sony or Orange Telecom and no matter the country they are based in, they always try to engage customers with their brands. Working Dreamers is perfect for it. Imagine working with your clients on a solution together. The clients pitch ideas to your brand, and other clients vote for the best idea. It is a mixture of R&D and awareness campaign, all in one. Can’t wait to see the changes Working Dreamers will make to various industries.’
